Caribe The Resort In Orange Beach, Alabama Offers Spectacular Views
On a recent visit to Alabama Gulf Shores I stayed at a wonderful place that I called home for four days, Caribe The Resort. Located on over 30 pristine acres of a peninsula in Orange Beach, Alabama, this was a fantastic place to stay. I stayed in a two bedroom luxury condominium that featured floor to ceiling windows with a jaw dropping view. There is NOT a bad view anywhere to be found on this property.
Upon entering my unit, the kitchen was top notch, as it was complete with granite countertops and state of the art stainless steel appliances.
The two bedrooms each had their own attached bathrooms. The units here at Caribe The Resort, in Orange Beach, Alabama make for the perfect family vacation or even a romantic weekend get-a-way. With several fine restaurants nearby, such as Lucy Buffet’s Lulu’s, to dine at in the area that feature fresh seafood, you may find yourself with a clean kitchen during your stay.
Pool space is all around (40,000 square feet to be exact), including both indoor and outdoor pools. A lazy river, tennis courts, saunas/steam rooms, a game room, beach cart service and Cobalt, The Restaurant is located next door under the Perdido Bay Bridge.
A beach trolley is available to take you to the beach, which is across the road from Caribe The Resort. During the off season, which would be when I visited, you can call for service to take you over to the beach. I had a rental car that I did drive to go over to the beach. It’s not that far and is a walkable distance for families with a light load. I would not recommend the walk if you were taking your beach attire and activities for the whole day. The bay side has boat slips and an area that dolphin tours, as well as deep sea fishing tours depart from. If you do venture over to the gulf side to the beach, this is what you can expect!
Caribe The Resort in Orange Beach, Alabama is a great place to stay while visiting the Alabama Gulf Shores area. If you prefer to stay at a place that makes your bed each day, this is not the resort for you. I loved the fact that this area was my home while I was in the Alabama Gulf Shores area. I had a washer and dryer in my unit, as well as a stocked fridge after I made a quick trip to the grocery store. I would recommend stocking up at a local grocery store before you check in at Caribe The Resort in Orange Beach, Alabama, this way you will be set for your stay. And the balcony, let’s just say it was huge and one of the highlights of my stay. After all, who doesn’t enjoy a view like this everyday?
