This is road-trip worthy food- so start planning! While road tripping and doing book research, I learned that Iowa’s best Chinese restaurant is in Hampton.

I was taken aback by all of the thought that went into the decor. It’s truly a destination experience. You will quickly learn why B & C Kitchen is Iowa’s best Chinese restaurant, located in Hampton.

With more than 100 dishes to choose from, you will find something to enjoy. The orange chicken with fried rice, egg drop soup, and a cheese fried wonton won me over in a heartbeat.

Teriyaki chicken, curry chicken wings, foil-wrapped chicken, and fried rice make up the menu. If you have heard of it, it’s more than likely on the menu.
Outstanding Customer Service at B & C Kitchen
My husband and I struggle at times with the customer service we find in restaurants. The staff often seems overwhelmed and doesn’t seem to care if we are there. Katie did not know who we were when we entered the restaurant, and she was very welcoming. She was thrilled we were in the restaurant and answered all of the questions we had about the menu.
There are two different menus. The lunch menu is large, but not as large as the evening menu. No matter what time of day you visit, you will find a delicious meal. Dine in, grab an order to go, and enjoy your authentic Chinese meal the way you want.
