Gibbs Chophouse is an incredible restaurant on the main drag in Stanton. I enjoyed a meal with friends and I quickly realized that this is where the locals hang out. I enjoyed a delicious burger, “The Brody Burger” named after the owner’s son, who works at the restaurant.
The salmon, steak sandwich, macaroni/cheese bowl, and steaks are all popular menu items. If you are not hungry for a meal, belly up to the bar for a drink of your choice and chatter with the locals. Save room for dessert, you will be glad you did. This family-owned business will quickly win you over as you indulge in a delicious, mouth-watering meal.
